New ICE handlebar system, serrated

The new ICE handlebar system comes with a tooth system (zigzag cut) that prevents involuntary misalignment of the handlebar by exerting a lot of force on it in one direction or another. It replaces the central tube that is trapped by the power and to which the steering rod ball joints are screwed.
